We at [enter organization / business name] are working to make our site [enter site name and  address] accessible to people with disabilities.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

UKDAWGZ ACADEMY, trading as UKDawgz, is committed to making its website, purchasing process and digital-product access experience accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible.

This statement applies to:

THEPLYOMETRICTOOLKIT.COM

Who we are

The website and The Plyometric Toolkit are operated by:

UKDAWGZ ACADEMY
Trading as: CELEBRITYCOUTURE and UKDawgz
Business address: 172 Town Road, London, N9
Email: ukdawgz@gmail.com
Company number: 12273565

References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business identified above.

Our commitment

We want disabled people and people using assistive technologies to be able to:

  • understand the information on our website;

  • navigate the website;

  • view product information;

  • complete a purchase;

  • access The Plyometric Toolkit;

  • use the principal downloadable materials;

  • watch or understand important video content;

  • contact us for help; and

  • request reasonable adjustments or alternative formats.

We continually work to identify and reduce barriers that may prevent people from using our website or digital products.

Accessibility standard

We aim to design and maintain the website and principal digital content in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where applicable and reasonably achievable.

WCAG provides guidance for making digital content more:

  • perceivable;

  • operable;

  • understandable; and

  • robust.

We have not yet completed a full independent WCAG 2.2 accessibility audit. We therefore do not currently claim that every page, file or third-party component fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Measures we are taking

We aim to support accessibility by:

  • using clear page titles and headings;

  • maintaining a logical heading structure;

  • using descriptive links and button labels;

  • adding meaningful alternative text to important images;

  • avoiding the use of colour as the only way of conveying important information;

  • considering colour contrast and text readability;

  • supporting keyboard navigation;

  • maintaining visible keyboard focus where supported;

  • providing form labels and understandable instructions;

  • designing pages that work across common desktop and mobile screen sizes;

  • providing captions, transcripts or written explanations for important video content;

  • using plain and understandable language where practical;

  • providing clear error messages during forms and checkout;

  • considering screen-reader use when creating documents and templates; and

  • reviewing third-party services for accessibility when choosing and configuring them.

These measures remain subject to ongoing testing and improvement.

Current accessibility status

This website has not yet undergone a full independent accessibility audit.

Because testing is ongoing, there may be accessibility barriers that we have not yet identified.

Areas currently being reviewed include:

  • keyboard access and visible focus across all pages;

  • heading order and page structure;

  • colour contrast;

  • image alternative text;

  • form and checkout labels;

  • video captions and transcripts;

  • PDFs and downloadable documents;

  • spreadsheet compatibility with screen readers and keyboard navigation;

  • mobile reflow and text enlargement; and

  • third-party checkout, video, cloud-storage and embedded services.

We will update this section as testing identifies confirmed issues and as those issues are corrected.

Videos

Some product information or training guidance may be delivered through video.

We aim to provide captions, transcripts, written summaries or equivalent guidance for important video content.

Where a video does not yet have an accessible alternative, contact us. We will consider the most suitable reasonable adjustment, which may include:

  • a transcript;

  • a written summary;

  • corrected captions;

  • an audio description;

  • written instructions; or

  • another suitable format.

Automatically generated captions may contain inaccuracies. Where captions are important for understanding safety or training instructions, we aim to review and correct them.

Downloadable files and templates

The product may include:

  • spreadsheets;

  • PDFs;

  • editable templates;

  • checklists;

  • written documents; and

  • downloadable resources.

Some complex spreadsheets and interactive templates may be more difficult to use with screen readers, voice-control software or keyboard-only navigation.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide an alternative format that preserves the main information or purpose of the resource. This may include:

  • a structured Word document;

  • an accessible PDF;

  • a plain-text version;

  • a simplified spreadsheet;

  • written instructions;

  • a transcript;

  • a completed example; or

  • assistance accessing the relevant information.

An alternative format may not reproduce every interactive or automated feature of the original resource, but we will aim to provide access to the essential information and functionality.

We will not charge you for a reasonable adjustment or alternative format that we are legally required to provide.

Reasonable adjustments

If a feature, format, policy or method of delivery places you at a substantial disadvantage because of a disability, contact us to request a reasonable adjustment.

We will consider each request individually, taking account of:

  • the barrier you are experiencing;

  • the adjustment requested;

  • whether the adjustment would effectively address the barrier;

  • the practicality of providing it;

  • the time and resources required;

  • available alternative methods; and

  • our legal obligations.

We may discuss an alternative adjustment with you where the exact adjustment requested is not reasonably possible but another effective option is available.

You are not normally required to provide detailed medical evidence merely to report an accessibility problem or request a straightforward alternative format.

Third-party platforms

Our website and product-delivery process may use services provided by third parties, including:

  • Wix;

  • Stripe;

  • Google Drive;

  • Google Sheets;

  • video-hosting providers;

  • email platforms; and

  • other content-hosting services.

Some third-party components may have accessibility limitations that we cannot directly change.

Where we become aware of a significant third-party accessibility barrier, we will take reasonable steps which may include:

  • adjusting the available configuration;

  • reporting the problem to the provider;

  • providing instructions or support;

  • offering an alternative method of access;

  • replacing the component where reasonably practical; or

  • considering a different provider during a future review.

The use of a third-party service does not prevent us from considering reasonable adjustments relating to our own service.

Compatibility with assistive technology

We aim for the website to work with current versions of commonly used:

  • web browsers;

  • screen readers;

  • keyboard navigation;

  • browser zoom;

  • voice-control software; and

  • mobile accessibility features.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every combination of browser, device, operating system or assistive technology, particularly unsupported or significantly outdated software.

Please tell us which browser, device or assistive technology you are using when reporting a problem, where you are comfortable doing so.

Reporting an accessibility problem

To report an accessibility issue or request information in another format, contact:

Email: ukdawgz@gmail.com

Please include, where possible:

  • the page, video, document or resource involved;

  • a description of the difficulty;

  • the browser, device or assistive technology being used;

  • the format or adjustment requested; and

  • your preferred contact method.

Do not send medical records or detailed health information unless it is genuinely necessary for us to understand the requested adjustment.

Our response

We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five working days.

The time required to resolve an issue or provide an alternative format will depend on the complexity of the request and the work required.

We will:

  • consider the request;

  • explain what action we can take;

  • provide a reasonable expected resolution date where possible;

  • discuss an effective alternative where the original request cannot reasonably be met; and

  • keep you informed if additional time is required.

Our five-working-day target is an acknowledgement target and does not mean that every technical issue or alternative format can be completed within five working days.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our response to an accessibility request, contact us at:

ukdawgz@gmail.com

Please explain:

  • the original accessibility issue;

  • the response you received;

  • why the response did not resolve the barrier; and

  • the outcome you are seeking.

We will review the matter and provide a further response within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this process limits any rights available to you under applicable equality or consumer law.

Testing and review

The website and product materials are being reviewed as the service develops.

Last accessibility review: July 5 2026
Review method: WIX ACCESSIBILITY WIZARD, KEYBOARD TESTING, SCREEN-READER TESTING AND MANUAL REVIEW

Pages or resources reviewed: All

Next planned review: July 5 2027

Automated accessibility tools can identify some issues but may not identify every barrier. We therefore aim to combine automated checks with manual review and user feedback where reasonably possible.

Planned improvements

Our planned accessibility work includes:

  • reviewing video captions and transcripts;

  • reviewing alternative text;

  • checking keyboard navigation and visible focus;

  • checking colour contrast;

  • improving downloadable-document structure;

  • reviewing spreadsheets for accessible alternatives;

  • checking forms and checkout labels;

  • testing mobile zoom and reflow; and

  • updating this statement when confirmed issues are identified or corrected.

Priorities may change where a significant barrier is reported by a customer.

Updates to this statement

We will review this Accessibility Statement as the website, product, applicable standards and delivery platforms develop.

The latest version will include the date on which it was updated.
